• Birth date and time
• Birth location (Hospital & City)
• Birth weight (kg) and length (cm)
• Stand required? Either leave it as it is ready to be wall hung or select a timber or custom acrylic stand to convert it to a freestanding display (extra charges apply).

Use the drop down menu to choose your acrylic colour (please see the last image for colour options). All details and icons will be produced in white acrylic, except when choosing white, details and icons will be produced in black acrylic.
