Shipping


Orders are shipped Australia-wide with tracking. If you're local to Gracemere or Rockhampton, you can select free delivery or local pickup at checkout — just use code PICKUP when placing your order.

All orders are processed and dispatched from Gracemere, Queensland, Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Details


Please ensure all personal information is accurate before completing your purchase — including your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, personalised text, and selected items. Once your order is placed, these details cannot be changed.
Production Time
Standard production time is 7–10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering to confirm if we can meet your deadline.

Delivery


Once your order has shipped, delivery times are out of our control. All parcels are sent with authority to leave unless signature on delivery is requested during checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accessible for contact-free delivery.

NUTSYMADE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery — this will incur an additional shipping fee.
